5.4 Shipping and Delivery

We strive to deliver your order to you as quickly and correctly as possible. Below you will find all information about our shipping and delivery policy.
1. Processing time (dispatch)
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email.
2. Delivery time
After processing, the average shipping time is 1 to 7 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods, holidays or due to customs procedures.
3. Shipping method and origin
To reduce waste and save COโ emissions, we ship directly from our supplier in China. Depending on the country of delivery, customs fees may apply. Our shipping partners are: Australia Post.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the weight, destination and chosen shipping type.
5. Tracking โ customer responsibility
- The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking code via our website and the link provided by email.
- The customer themselves tracks whether the package will be delivered home or to a pickup point, and collects it from there if necessary.
- Is delivery taking longer than expected or is something wrong? Always send an email to [Store email address] first, instead of immediately opening a chargeback or refund.
6. Responsibility during shipping
- If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, responsibility lies with the customer.
